I’m a multidisciplinary Creative specialising in digital product design with twenty years of experience leading UX/UI for a number of highly complex and ambitious projects. I have worked with some of the world's biggest commercial brands during my time at one of the UK’s top creative agencies and have extensive experience in the financial services industry, including several years as Creative Director for Invesco. In addition to digital product design I work in multiple creative fields including visual identity, photography, film, animation, and sound design. My qualifications include an M.A. in Graphic Design from the London College of Communication. I have studied film and advanced cinematography at The London MET Film School, National Film and Television School, and photography at University of Arts London where I achieved PgC in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography. Global

Product Designer
2020-2022

Global is one of the world’s leading media & entertainment groups. I joined the team to lead the design of a complex planning system that replaced a number of sub-systems used to manage the planning and booking of a variety of outdoor advertising inventory including roadside, bus, cinema, airports and shopping malls. I also led the design of an order management system that for the first time would enable the company to combine all media types into a single order including outdoor, airtime, digital ad exchange, and online advertising. Both systems use a single design system and component library creating a seamless experience throughout the planning and booking journeys. I created flows and wireframes through to high-fidelity prototypes working within a large agile product team and running qualitative user testing sessions with a dedicated user group. I also managed a small team of designers and contractors working on other complex digital products.

I worked closely with the brand manager on all forms of visual communication, and led the design of an ambitious fintech product within a dedicated agile project team.
I developed concepts from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, and ran regular testing sessions with a dedicated user group. Additional responsibilities included the re-design of the company’s website, native app design, the design and management of a component library, evolution of the visual identity, art direction of photography and film production, and management of creative agencies and freelance designers.

Creative Director

As Creative Director I was responsible for internal and external creative direction across all digital communication channels at an EMEA level. With a focus on UX/UI I led the design of the company’s regional websites, native applications, and a complex online trading platform. Other responsibilities included development of the global identity and management of regional design teams, film production crews, and a large network of freelance designers and creative agencies.

Initially employed as a digital designer, my role later evolved to include motion graphics and film production which extended the capabilities of the agency.
